We were very happy with the service provided by Jamie and the people at Vortex.Jamie was professional and prompt to respond to our initial inquiry.Once we decided to go with Vortex they were able to install our Briggs and Stratton generator without delay, a week and a half from signing. Vortex was most helpful putting us in contact with Gilbert propane, a good local family owned business. After the install, Jamie took the time to go over the equipment with us and provided his contact info for any future questions.

They installed a 60kw whole house generator for us. They did it all from soup to nuts and it is wonderful. Great experience. We will use them at our next home for sure. Great service and great product. We loved the fact that they got everything done, from pad, to electrician to permits, to crane to install, etc. One stop shopping with full service. 2 thumbs up.

I have been a customer of Vortex Power for over 12 years. I have purchased two generators from them over the years. One for my old house I sold and one for my new house. Jamie knows a lot about generators and is a straight up guy. He is honest and his prices are the best around. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a generator.
